TERMS OF SERVICE

 

To enable efficiency of appointments and best patient outcomes, please refer to
these Terms of Service below:

 

  1. A 50% deposit is required to book any of the services. It is non-refundable in the event of a cancellation less than 48 hours prior to the appointment. The remaining balance will be paid at the time of your visit.
  2. Payment methods accepted are cash and credit card only.
  3. Please attempt to arrive 10 minutes before your appointment. Arriving late will result in a shorter treatment session.
  4. There is a charge for telephone and e-mail replies and consultations, £20 per 15 minutes (or part thereof) by phone and £20 per email.
  5. In order for the therapy to be successful, it is essential that you make the recommended changes advised during your consultation e.g. diet, lifestyle and mindset.
